Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Our free & easy return policy means there are no handling fees nor shipping charges for your return.

Eligible return qualifications:

Item must be purchased from Handicraft.com. If you purchased from another retailer, you must contact the retailer directly to request a return.
Item must be returned within 45 days of delivery date.
Item must be unused and in sellable condition.

Eligible returns that were shipped using standard shipping rates to the United States will be fully refunded within one week after receipt. Eligible returns that were shipped using express shipping rates to the United States and Eligible returns that were shipped to Canada will be refunded (less shipping) within one week after receipt.

Return instructions:

Start return and retrieve the pre-paid return label.
Print the return label and adhere it to your package, and then drop off your package at your most convenient assigned carrier location.

To help expedite your return, you are welcome to contact customer service. Orders will be refunded to its original form of payment. Gift Cards purchases will be refunded with a Gift Card. Exchanges are processed as new orders.
